Nathan began his cycling career as a bicycle taxi driver. He has been with Team Rwanda since the beginning in 2007 and is a mentor, leader and role model for all the younger riders, including his brother Nicodem who is also racing for Team Rwanda. Nathan loves to cook and can always be found in the kitchen during meal preparation at Team camps. Recently, Nathan began building a house down the road from his mother’s house with the money he has earned racing and riding for Team Rwanda.
